Airstrip is 100m from the farmhouse. Sometimes used by ag-aircraft so broadcast intentions on the CTAF (126.7). Precautionary search prior to landing is mandatory as animal hazards (kangaroos) may exist. Powerlines 800m to the north running parallel to RWY. When using 27 beware of trees during final approach.
